The standard transmission on the Jetta is a six-speed automatic, but those who want a more personal driving experience can opt for a fun eight-speed manual. The 2022 version of the Jetta is expected to get about 29 miles to the gallon, which will certainly help you save at the pump.

Sleek and Modern

The 2022 redesign of the Jetta includes some stylistic changes to both the exterior and interior of the vehicle. These include a new bumper, and upgrades to the instrument panel. There are also three all-new colors for 2022: Kings Red, Oryx White, and Rising Blue.

Meanwhile, top trim models include desirable features like wireless device charging and ventilated front seats.

Every Jetta, regardless of trim, comes with a digital panel for connectivity features. These include Apple CarPlay and Amazon Alexa integration. The sophisticated Car-Net system allows Dayton owners to use gestures to control the infotainment system.

When it comes to safety, the Jetta is no slouch. Every model comes with forward-collision warning and automated braking, in addition to blind spot and rear-cross traffic monitoring. Adaptive cruise control and lane-keeping assist are available features.
