Duties & Responsibilities

Receive repair orders from our dispatcher, and take them to your stall area for completion.
Efficiently & accurately perform outlined work on repair orders per dealership and factory standards.
Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform necessary repairs as authorized.
Work with the Evans Volkswagen parts department to obtain necessary parts for repairs.
Tag, save and turn in parts for jobs under warranty or if requested by the customer.
Document work performed.
Road-test vehicles after repairs to ensure the problem has been resolved.
Quality check your work.
Attend paid training classes.
Stay informed of Volkswagen technical service bulletins.
Keep customers’ vehicles clean at all times.
Follow and administer housekeeping & safety procedures.
Know and follow state, federal, and local guidelines that govern automotive service repair.
